Guide scope
Interface labels can vary by enabled modules and tenant configuration. Use the closest matching workspace section; contact your administrator if a referenced capability is not enabled.
Before you start
Confirm that you are working in the correct tenant and project. You need permission to view or change the relevant records, plus an active connection when the workflow depends on an external service.
Correct tenant and project selected
Required role or approval access available
Source data is current enough for the task
Owner and intended outcome are clear
Operating steps
- Choose the source brief, trend or RSS feed
- Create the primary item and channel variants
- Confirm brand kit and publishing destination
- Request review and schedule the approved work
- Monitor publishing status and follow-up tasks
Validate the result
Return to the relevant list, timeline, run history or report and confirm that the new state is visible. Where delivery or synchronisation is involved, verify a real test record before scaling the workflow.
Success checkpoint
The record is in the intended state, ownership is explicit, dependent connections are healthy, and another authorised operator can understand what happens next.
Governance check
Before activation, confirm consent, audience eligibility, sender identity, frequency limits and required approvals. Predictive outputs and attribution views support decisions; they do not replace operator judgement about data quality and business context.
Paid-media intelligence is review-oriented. Apply approved campaign changes in the source advertising platform unless your organisation has explicitly implemented another controlled process.
